Order placed. On 8 May 2026 the TR7 kit went into production.
Anyone who has organised kit for an amateur side knows the least glamorous part of the job is the spreadsheet: chasing sizes, chasing numbers, chasing the two lads who have not replied and will later insist that they did. That bit is done.
What went in
Playing shirts with MANOTAN across the shoulders, plus training tops and shorts. We deliberately ordered a bigger run than the number of players we had that week — a bet on the squad growing, which turned out to be the right call several times over.
The maths, though
Our first tournament — the LIT Super Sevens U23 competition at Hertford — was on 13 June. Kit ordered 8 May. Anyone who has ever waited on a teamwear order can see where this is going.
